Jenny was fantastic. Super friendly and helpful and managed to dramatically improve my back pain in just a couple of sessions

I went to see Jenny after experiencing pain in my back that made it difficult to walk and bend, and impossible to lift up my toddler. After just one session with Jenny my back felt significantly better, and it improved more and more over the next sessions. As well as helping me with the pain and discomfort, Jenny also gave me really effective pain relieving exercises to do at home (which I still use and which work really well), and great advice on how to look after my back. The difference before and after the treatment was remarkable, with benefits that I felt straight away and that continued over the long term. Jenny was also great at making me feel at ease and relaxed - I am very glad that I found the Heath practice.

I spend long periods of time at a computer and because of this and the stress of meeting tight deadlines, I experienced a lot of pain in my neck, shoulder and arm. I had little movement in my neck and was having difficulty turning my head. I was experiencing discomfort at night while sleeping. However, after only a few sessions with Jenny, things got sorted through massage and manipulation.
She gave me a series of exercises to do, which I still do, and recommended a pilates class. I haven't had any trouble since. I think anyone who spends a long period of time in front of a computer should see an osteopath regularly to ensure they are not doing any lasting damage due to stress and poor posture.
