I will continue to wear PPE and implement my cleaning and disinfection routines, to help prevent the spread of COVID19, until further notice. I will also be continuing to require my patients to wear a mask, unless medically exempt, so that we can each protect each other. I have been doubly vaccinated and continue to take lateral flow tests twice a week. Please see the appointment page for more details.

Before treatment: "Painful back, limited movement, restricted activity"
After treatment: "standing straighter, pain relieved, increased agility"
The difference that Osteopathy has made to me: "Awareness of how to look after my back and make it stronger despite advancing years!"
Managed to get appointment very quickly at this local practice, suffering with acute back pain. Jenny was reassuring, first appointment made a big difference and she also provided very practical exercise routine. Highly recommended.
I recently had a recurrence of the sciatic pain after a particularly grueling drive in heavy traffic on the M1. In very heavy traffic I was forced to keep my legs in one position - hovering over the accelerator - for several hours and for the next few days suffered for it. I realised that the previous bout also came after a long drive up to Norfolk.
I thought of calling you but in fact the exercises you gave me solved it - thus doing you out of a job I'm afraid!
