My name is Jenny Howell BSc (Ost Med) DO, ND, MSCCO and I am the Osteopath at the Heath Osteopathic Practice, in Tufnell Park in Islington. I trained at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine and have been working as an Osteopath since 2005. I have attended some of the Cranial Courses at the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy and have now registered as a Member with them. I am fully insured and registered with the General Osteopathic Council and the Institute of Osteopathy and with most of the private health insurance companies.

I had been receiving treatment from Jenny for just over two weeks and as a result I am now back to feeling normal again. Jenny is a very caring, approachable and welcoming person with a caring heart and invaluable skills. She described everything in simple terms and made me feel very relaxed. I spend long periods of time at a computer and because of this and the stress of meeting tight deadlines, I experienced a lot of pain in my neck, shoulder and arm. I had little movement in my neck and was having difficulty turning my head. I was experiencing discomfort at night while sleeping. However, after only a few sessions with Jenny, things got sorted through massage and manipulation.
She gave me a series of exercises to do, which I still do, and recommended a pilates class. I haven't had any trouble since. I think anyone who spends a long period of time in front of a computer should see an osteopath regularly to ensure they are not doing any lasting damage due to stress and poor posture.

Jenny did wonders with my lower back pains, I could feel the difference immediately after every treatment, she showed me useful exercises that helped me a lot to improve my posture and even improve myself at sports. I haven't had any more pains after the last treatment.
