I have now re-opened the clinic, following the lifting of the lockdown, but there are a number of changes, which I have made, to help to reduce the risk of infection by COVID19, and allow me to treat patients, as safely as possible.
If you wish to make an appointment, you can now do so online, however, I will need to conduct a screening call to assess whether it is safe to have a face to face appointment. If so then I will be conducting the case history over the phone. Please check the appointment page for more details.

I spend long periods of time at a computer and because of this and the stress of meeting tight deadlines, I experienced a lot of pain in my neck, shoulder and arm. I had little movement in my neck and was having difficulty turning my head. I was experiencing discomfort at night while sleeping. However, after only a few sessions with Jenny, things got sorted through massage and manipulation.
She gave me a series of exercises to do, which I still do, and recommended a pilates class. I haven't had any trouble since. I think anyone who spends a long period of time in front of a computer should see an osteopath regularly to ensure they are not doing any lasting damage due to stress and poor posture.

I came to see Jenny a bit desperate after a month of lower back problems. She has definitely made a difference on my daily life and doubtlessly I would come to see her again if needed.
She listens to you and takes notes of what your problem/feelings are trying to understand where the pain comes from. Apart from her own manipulations and massages on you, she recommends specific stretching exercises that sends over e-mail and that me personally found very useful.
have been seeing Jenny for a few weeks. and after 6 months of pointless physiotherapy i am now 99% better. she takes time to get to know your symptoms and treats you accordingly. i feel so much better. the whole treatment process has been 5*.
i highly recommend using the heath osteopathic practice
Jenny is kind and caring. I ended up going for further treatment on my knee after my shoulder "work"
the exercise sheets are a godsend too as can continue treating yourself at home to keep the issue's from returning.
