The Heath Osteopathic Practice is open
The clinic re-opened in June, following the lifting of the lockdown. A risk assessment was done and a number of changes made, to help reduce the risk of infection with COVID19, during Osteopathic treatment. Despite London being in Tier 4, Osteopaths as Primary Healthcare Workers, are permitted to continue working. As a regulated profession, we are constantly updating and reviewing our work practices with regard to the changing healthcare situation and governmental advice. Please see the appointment page for more details and the full risk assessment on the Articles page on the website.
If you wish to make an appointment, you can now do so online, as well as by phone, however, I will need to conduct a screening call to assess whether it is safe to have a face to face appointment. If so then I will be conducting the case history over the phone.

I had been receiving treatment from Jenny for just over two weeks and as a result I am now back to feeling normal again. Jenny is a very caring, approachable and welcoming person with a caring heart and invaluable skills. She described everything in simple terms and made me feel very relaxed. I couldn't recommend Jenny more to anyone who needs to see an Osteopath and I hope that her business continues to change peoples lives for the better!
Highly recommend Jenny's Osteopathic services
Hello, I visited Jenny with back pains and tightness in my chest and neck muscles and she really helped me. Jenny took a full analysis of my issues and explained in depth what I needed to know, and gave me a few useful exercises to practice to keep my back and upper body flexible. The day after I saw her, I noticed almost immediate improvement and my uncomfortable back pains had considerably decreased and I felt more flexible. She was really lovely and helpful and I would recommend her services to anyone with aches, pains or mobility problems!
I recently had a recurrence of the sciatic pain after a particularly grueling drive in heavy traffic on the M1. In very heavy traffic I was forced to keep my legs in one position - hovering over the accelerator - for several hours and for the next few days suffered for it. I realised that the previous bout also came after a long drive up to Norfolk.
I thought of calling you but in fact the exercises you gave me solved it - thus doing you out of a job I'm afraid!
