I trained at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine and have been working as an Osteopath since 2005. I have always suffered from headaches, regularly resorting to over-the-counter and prescribed pain relief. I am 56 and had become really miserable at the constant strain of living with head pain.
I had my first treatment from Jenny and felt the benefits immediately. I felt as if it was the first time in years that I had been free of any headache and could stand with my back straight and my shoulders relaxed. I have had massage before with little noticeable change but this treatment felt very different Jenny gave me advice as to how to tackle the onset of a headache and since that first treatment my headaches have improved beyond belief. I used to think my headaches would always be a constant, painful part of my life - now I cannot remember the last time I had one.
I recently visited Jenny with a couple of nasty back problems, and came away after three sessions with her a new man. She quickly identified my problems were based mainly on the poor postural habits that I had
slipped into, particularly while at my desk. After some well-targeted manipulation, by practicing the simple but very effective exercises that she suggested to me, and after applying her suggestions about my bad posture, my pain disappeared very quickly. I cannot recommend her too highly, and I will certainly return to her without hesitation if I slip back into my bad ways.
