The Heath Osteopathic Practice will be closed from Wednesday 15th September to Sunday 26th September. You can book online by using the button at the top of the page.
Further to the next stage of the reopening in England, I will continue to wear PPE and implement my cleaning and disinfection routines, to help prevent the spread of COVID19, until further notice. I will also be continuing to require my patients to wear a mask, unless medically exempt, so that we can each protect each other. I have been doubly vaccinated and continue to take lateral flow tests twice a week.
The clinic reopened in June 2020, following the lifting of the lockdown. A risk assessment was done and a number of changes made, to help reduce the risk of infection with COVID19, during Osteopathic treatment. This included increased cleaning and disinfection routines in the clinic and the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). As a regulated profession, we are constantly updating and reviewing our work practices, with regard to the changing healthcare situation and governmental advice. Please see the appointment page for more details and the full risk assessment on the Articles page of the website.
If you wish to make an appointment, you can now do so online, as well as by phone, however, I will need to conduct a screening call, to assess whether it is safe to have a face to face appointment. If so, then I will be conducting the case history over the phone.

I went with a great deal of lower back pain and I had not been able to move easily for weeks. Following treatment I was a bit sore for 12 hours, but then the pain disappeared and movement returned. It was as if the problem had never been there at all, plus I have had no problems since, quite amazing!
I started seeing Jenny in April 2019 after getting persistent lower back pain which was causing me real issues. She was welcoming, professional, thorough, and I felt like she was listening carefully to what I said, examining me and treating me well accordingly. I went for two appointments a week at the start, then it went down to one a week as I improved. After about a month I was much better thanks to her care. She was very flexible with appointment times which was helpful. Thank you very much Jenny, I will be back if I have issues again.
I had been receiving treatment from Jenny for just over two weeks and as a result I am now back to feeling normal again. Jenny is a very caring, approachable and welcoming person with a caring heart and invaluable skills. She described everything in simple terms and made me feel very relaxed. I couldn't recommend Jenny more to anyone who needs to see an Osteopath and I hope that her business continues to change peoples lives for the better!
