The Heath Osteopathic Practice is open during the Lockdown
The clinic re-opened in June, following the lifting of the lockdown. A risk assessment was done and a number of changes made, to help reduce the risk of infection with COVID19, during Osteopathic treatment. Despite the latest government Lockdown, Osteopaths as Primary Healthcare Workers, are permitted to continue working. As a regulated profession, we are constantly updating and reviewing our work practices with regard to the changing healthcare situation and governmental advice. Please see the appointment page for more details and the full risk assessment on the Articles page on the website.
If you wish to make an appointment, you can now do so online, as well as by phone, however, I will need to conduct a screening call to assess whether it is safe to have a face to face appointment. If so then I will be conducting the case history over the phone.

I came to see Jenny a bit desperate after a month of lower back problems. She has definitely made a difference on my daily life and doubtlessly I would come to see her again if needed.
She listens to you and takes notes of what your problem/feelings are trying to understand where the pain comes from. Apart from her own manipulations and massages on you, she recommends specific stretching exercises that sends over e-mail and that me personally found very useful.
I was suffering from neck and shoulder pain that was not going away by itself. Jenny very quickly diagnosed the problem and provided treatment that immediately improved the issue. After just three visits, the pain was completely gone. I was very pleased with the treatment I received from Jenny and would recommend her to anyone with a similar issue.
I returned recently to see Jenny about a longstanding back pain issue knowing that her help and treatment has consistently been invaluable to me. As predicted over a series of visits I was given advice, adjustment and options for self help that has improved how I feel. I would highly recommend Jenny to anyone who wants to see someone who listens and can make a difference.
